Let's plan your visit!
We are located at 580 Allen Road, Basking Ridge, a stand-alone building in the Highlands Village Center across the road from The Red Oak Grille. Ample parking is available adjacent to the building.
All you need to do to take your first class is choose one from our schedule, sign up, and come! No membership is required but new students can enjoy 30 days of unlimited classes for less than the cost of 2 drop-ins. Irresistible, right?
For the comfort and safety of all students, please observe the following studio etiquette:

Please arrive a few minutes before scheduled class time. In the event that you are late to class, please enter silently.

Kindly remove shoes upon entering our reception area and stow them safely in the cubbies provided.

Please refrain from wearing fragrance when visiting. Perfumes, perfumed body lotions, and other scented products contain allergens that cause migraine headaches and difficulty breathing for many students and teachers.

Please turn phones completely off and silence fitness watches while inside the building.
