In this beginner class, you will explore the foundations of the yoga practice, including fundamental postures for improving balance, flexibility, and strength, breathing exercises to deepen lung capacity and improve focus, and meditation techniques to reduce stress and promote clarity. You will learn how to use props to address your body's unique needs and learn how to modify postures when appropriate. These classes are ideal for new students as well as anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of the practice.

These semiprivate classes are for students of all levels. The full support of ropes allows students to explore safe alignment in classical yoga asanas (postures).
